Kate Saint Returns Policy

We describe all of our goods as accurately as possible on our website, and we hope you will be very happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item / items you have bought, then our returns system is as below :

Notification of any return should be made via telephone or email to Kate Saint. This is simply to inform us of the return and allow us to make any provision for the delivery.

Any of the items you are returning to Kate Saint, must be back with us within a seven day limit of the original date that you received them, but this excludes a Sunday. Any items coming back to us from outside of the United Kingdom or the European Union, would not be accepted. These sales are FINAL. However if you happen to be one of these customers and feel that there is an important or special reason for a refund, then please get in touch with us and we will happily discuss the return with you.

Any refunds that are made will cover the PURCHASE PRICE of the goods only. This will not include any postage or packing costs, but they will be kept to a minimum.

Any refunds will be made via the appropriate type. A card payment will go back onto the card and cash will be refunded for cash purchases

Other items that may go  with what you are sending back to us, must also be sent along with the garment, for example any scarves or belts and so on.

All items returned to us MUST be in the same condition as when we shipped them out to you. Any damage is unacceptable to us and return of payment would not be made. Clothing requires care when it is being tried on, cigarette smoke or strong perfumes would be unpleasant for many other people who may wish to try the garment after you. PLEASE do not wear lipstick when tying items on, as removing makeup or lipstick from the fabric is extremely hard to do. You MUST keep the garment in its plastic cover unless you are sure you do not need to send it back to us.

When any goods need to be returned to Kate Saint, then it is the responsibility of the buyer, and unless the item returns to us in perfect condition, then no refund will be given. It is important that any item returned is made using an insured courier service and the insurance covers the cost of the item. It is the customers responsibility to keep any receipts or tracking details of the item being returned.

The above information covers all goods that are from our own stock, any items that require special purchases by ourselves in order to full fill a particular customers demands are not covered for a refund, and are FINAL. This is because Kate Saint would not be able to return the goods.

All our garments are packed carefully for shipping to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. All of our items are also thoroughly checked for damage before we ship them out. IF a parcel is damaged when it arrives with you, then it is your responsibility to inform the carrier. You must sign the delivery note as a DAMAGED DELIVERY. Any damaged parcel should be opened the moment it arrives and inspect the contents while the carriers delivery agent is present.
